Dr. Joyce Dozier-McNichols is an American Entertainment Music Creative Specialist, whose rare talent spreads across all facets within the music and entertainment industries. Joyce has over 30 years of experience in areas such as, songwriting, artist/music production, directing music videos, and other forms of telecommunications, such as radio broadcasting and presenter, set designing, and stylist.
Dr. McNichols broke into the music industry as a studio background vocalist. After singing and recording with family group, Reverend Raymond Dozier and the Dozier Singers, she joined the five men Billboard Gospel Charting/Contemporary inspirational group, “Brothers In Christ,” which was nominated for a Soul Train Music Award in the category entitled, “Best New Contemporary Gospel Group.” One of the biggest milestones in her career was being invited by a London England Concert Promoter to be the opening act for one of gospel’s greatest, “The Clark Sisters,” on their sold-out tour in London, Manchester, and Birmingham, England.
Producer/Writer
After gaining extensive experience working and producing in recording studios around the country, alongside other top writers, producers and recording artists, Dr. Joyce McNichols found her passion for writing, artist music production, video film production, and directing. Dr. McNichols was hired by Verity Records and Fred Hammond for album cover concepts for “Speak Those Things” and “Purpose By Design.” She also designed the stage set for Gospel group, "Commissioned," for their Grammy-nominated Reunion Live Recording and Video. She produced and directed videos for "The Jones Boys
of North Carolina" singles entitled, “You Gave Me Another Chance” and current video, “Where Will You Spend Eternity."

Additionally, as a solo recording artist, Dr. Joyce Dozier-McNichols all around inspirational music style has established a following at home and aboard. Her melodic sound has been featured in numerous churches across the globe and radio. Joyce's music has greatly influenced the dance music scene as well, via her single entitled, "…And Move" by Girl Named Joe, which has been played in clubs in Ibiza, Spain, which is the landing place of the rich and famous, plus the top DJ’s from around the world. Subsequently, her version of the often covered standard, "Wade In The Water,” song and video has gained favor on many well respected DJ playlists. Other solo releases include, “Secret Place,” “Beauty Savior,” “Clap It Out,” and “The More I Seek You.”

In 2016, Dr. Joyce Dozier-McNichols became V.P. of Creative Services and Special Projects for Angel Dove Music Entertainment Media Group (ADEMG) and associate entertainment companies. The appointment comes a year after Joyce launched the Sound In The Spirit Ministries, Breaking Dem Chains, and Creatively Strawberry Fields Enterprises. These companies are in joint venture with ADEMG for the distribution of broadcast properties, videos, film, literature, religious materials, and speaking engagements.
Dr. Joyce Dozier McNichols will report to CEO OF ADEMG, Dr. Marlin McNichols and will supervise the overall creative management and direction of the organzation. In making the announcement, CEO Dr. Marlin McNichols said, “Over the years of building our organization and expanding our brand globally, I have witnessed firsthand the passion, love and enthusiasm that exudes from Dr. Joyce Dozier-McNichols when in creative spaces. Amongst her wide range of responsibilities, Mrs. McNichols is currently producing the, “I Married a Music Man Show." "I Married a Music Man" is a talk radio/in studio panel concept. Alongside some of the industry greats/professionals she brings together and addresses the concerns, on every level, all twists and turns of the music industry and how to work through them. The “I Married a Music Man Show” will be seen on the company’s internet radio network, "Web Foot Media Network” and distributed globally through syndication.
